How to train with JawMaxxer®

1. Start of the exercise

Prepare JawMaxxer®: Wash both parts in warm water and put them on your molars.

2. Chew slowly

Chew slowly and hold for 1 second.

Repeat until your jaw muscles get fatigued (approximately 2 minutes).

3. Chew quickly

Chew fast, butin controlled manner for two minutes. Repeat 3-5 times.

BRIKK we recommend using up to 10 minutes a day, 5 days a week.

4. Notice the difference

Train regularly and see the difference in just a one month. Continue until you get desired strong jawline and defined facial muscles.
