JawMaxxer®

Frequently Asked Questions

Why should I train my jaw muscles?

Modern diets, primarily composed of soft, processed foods, do not adequately stimulate our chewing muscles. However, the stimulation of these muscles is essential for the proper development and maintenance of facial and jaw structure. Degeneration of the jaw muscles can lead to a less attractive appearance and health issues.

Recent research highlights the benefits of jaw muscle training. Jaw training can expand the breathing and upper jaw, improve tooth orientation, and create a more attractive facial appearance.

How JawMaxxer® works?

JawMaxxer® exercises facial muscles just as bicep workouts do with dumbbells. Training with JawMaxxer® stimulates muscle growth and strength through repeated strain, leading to the strengthening, enlargement, and definition of facial muscles. This process is called muscle hypertrophy.

When will I see the results?

With proper use, visible results can be achieved in as little as one to two months.

How should I train with JawMaxxer® (training plan)?

With JawMaxxer®, we recommend training for 10 minutes a day, five days a week.

To enhance the effectiveness of the training, you can add MastiGum® to your workout routine. We recommend training with MastiGum® a few hours after exercising with JawMaxxer®. Such a training plan more effectively exercises the jaw muscles.

However, train moderately and take a day or two breaks if you feel muscle fatigue. We recommend staying within the training time. Jaw muscle training is a marathon, not a sprint.

What is JawMaxxer® made of?

JawMaxxer® is made of high-quality food-grade food-grade silicone.

Who is JawMaxxer® designed for?

JawMaxxer® is designed for adult men and women who want to train their jaw muscles.

If I have had teeth pulled out, is it safe to use MastiGum®?

We suggest that you seek advice from a qualified professional, such as your dentist, regarding the health of your oral cavity, as we are not eligible to assess it.

I am a woman, can I train with JawMaxxer®?

Yes.

Training the jaw muscles can help women define facial muscles, tighten facial skin, slim down cheeks, and eliminate a double chin.

However, it's important to note that JawMaxxer® is primarily sized for male jaws, and its strength is relatively high, even at the lowest resistance.

If you are a woman and want to reap all the benefits of jaw muscle training, we recommend opting for MastiGum®.
